From lone fighters to teams
Common experiences strengthen the team spirit, promote motivation and are a sustainable basis for future success. The focus of all outdoor-unlimited programs is on fun and the shared experience in nature, teamwork is encouraged in a playful way and the group spirit is strengthened. Team development results from what we have experienced together, from the tasks that we have solved together and that we would not have been able to accomplish on our own, or would have been very difficult to accomplish. The tasks and team exercises promote communication between the group and, above all, mutual trust.
